Junior Sales Executive

Kia Dundrum is the longest established Kia Main Dealer in Dublin. Kia Dundrum is a Platinum Kia Dealership and is consistently achieving the highest possible standards in the Kia Network.

We are one of the first Irish dealers to have completed the transformation of our showroom to the new Kia Store and Customer area to comply with the 2023 Kia European Standards and we require a Junior salesperson to expand our business. If you think you have the requirements and the skill set together with the ability to meet sales objectives and deadlines and to work with a premium Brand then we would be interested in meeting with you.

The ideal candidate will:

-Have good communication and good organization skills.

-Have good negotiation skills

-Have the ability to engage our customers and show enthusiasm in understanding our customers needs.

• Preferably will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a main dealership but we will consider a candidate with less experience who wants to learn and achieve the Kia Standards
• Have the ability to learn and achieve objectives and wash-out profitability. 
• Be computer literate and also have the basic skills of email, excel and word etc. Each customer prospect is computer logged and tracked and this basic information must be entered on our system.

-Attend brief daily meetings with the sales team and discuss prospects and potential deals with the Sales Manager

-Understanding SIMI Order forms, Prospect sheets and a full understanding of deals including the  valuation of the part exch angeis an advantage but not a requirement.

-We require a candidate with longevity of career in mind and one who can operate on their own initiative. Kia Ireland and the dealership will provide excellent product training on going over your career.

-Knowledge of the Brand or similar Brand would be an advantage. Living in the general locality would also be an advantage.

-A clean driving licence and driving record is required. Fluent English written and spoken word essential.
